Feature Requests
Kulr is actively developed and we prioritize features based on user feedback. If there's a tool you wish existed, a workflow that feels clunky, or an export format you need — tell us. Many of our best features started as user suggestions. When you email a feature request, include as much detail as possible about your use case. It helps us understand not just what you want, but why you need it.
Bug Reports
Found something broken? We want to know immediately. When reporting a bug, please include:
- Which tool or page the issue occurred on
- What you expected to happen vs. what actually happened
- Your browser and operating system (e.g., Chrome 125 on macOS)
- Screenshots or screen recordings if possible
- Whether the issue is reproducible or happened once
The more detail you provide, the faster we can diagnose and fix the issue. Most bugs are resolved within 24–48 hours of being reported.

We're a small, focused team, and we read every email personally. Here's what to expect:
- General inquiries: 24–48 hours
- Bug reports: Usually within 24 hours, with a fix deployed shortly after
- Feature requests: We acknowledge within 48 hours and add to our roadmap review
- Privacy/legal: Within 48 hours
- Partnership inquiries: 2–5 business days
